2. Not a Law Enforcement Agency

We want to be very clear: Mahadev Security is a Private Security Agency. We are not the Police, the Army, or a Government Law Enforcement body.

  • Our Bouncers, PSOs, and Guards are trained to protect you, manage crowds, and act as a deterrent to crime.

  • In case of a serious crime, legal emergency, or life-threatening situation, we will assist you to the best of our ability, but the Local Police must be contacted immediately for legal action.

3. Accuracy of Information

We try our best to keep the information on this website correct and up-to-date. However, we do not promise that everything is 100% perfect all the time.

  • Service prices may change based on the season or requirement.

  • The photos used on the website are for representation. The actual uniform or staff assigned to you may look slightly different depending on availability.

4. Limitation of Liability (Your Responsibility)

We provide trained staff to improve your safety. However, security is a shared responsibility.

  • Mahadev Security Service (including our partners, Mr. Manjeet and Mr. Nishu) will not be held responsible for any theft, loss, injury, or damage that happens despite our best efforts.

  • We cannot guarantee the prevention of every crime or accident. Our job is to minimize risk, but total elimination of risk is impossible.

  • If you hire a Gunman, it is strictly for self-defense and protection. We are not responsible if the client instructs the gunman to perform illegal acts or use the weapon unlawfully.

6. Employment Scams (Warning)

Mahadev Security Service recruits staff directly through our office in Panipat.

  • We never ask for money from candidates to give them a job.

  • If someone calls you asking for money to join Mahadev Security, it is a scam. Please report it to us immediately.
